How does Customer Facing Mode work?
Customer Facing Mode can be used on a computer, an iPad or Android tablet. Once registered on Nivoda, you can set up Customer Facing Mode with your own logo, branding and markups on as many devices as you like. You will also have the ability to change what information is displayed, add multiple sales people and set up different purchase authorisation levels.
During a consultation, you and your customers are able to complete a simplified search experience using the Customer Facing Mode app to narrow down their selection. With access to Nivoda’s full global inventory of over 1.6 million natural and lab-grown diamonds and a CZ sales kit to show customers how their stone may look and feel, you will be able to sell virtually without the need to hold inventory.
The app is integrated completely with the Nivoda platform, meaning that purchases through the Customer Facing Mode are sourced and shipped immediately and order history and details can be found on both the Nivoda platform and mobile app.
